Basically, this symmetrical adapter can do everything that can happen in daily road use can happen and belongs in every adapter case. The Z-adapter replaces three different cable adapters: A female - female adapter, a male - male adapter and an xlr Y-Split adapter. The use as merging or combining adapter (2x XLR female to 1x XLR male) is not recommended due to the missing resistance matrix. Better use the KLOTZ XLR-YMERGE adapter!
