The multicore cable PolyDATA LiHCH is designed for installations and is available in 2 to 25-channel models. It is used for data transmission, generally control signals (e.g. RS232). Each core comprises an ultra-fine stranded wire (18 x 0.10 mm) with conductor cross-section of 0.14 mm², enclosed in an LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) insulator. The twisted paired wires are colour-coded according to DIN 47100. The PolyDATA LiHCH has an overall braided shield offering extra-high protection against interference. With an outer jacket of FRNC, the PolyDATA LiHCH complies with the following IEC standards: IEC 60332-1 (flame-retardant), IEC 61304-2 (low-smoke), IEC 60754-1 (halogen-free) and IEC 60754-2 (non-corrosive).
