MIS - Modular Interface System: 'Any Input to any Output' - The only wiring of the modules required is the connection of locking 12-pin system connectors for 4 channels each. In the XLR modules, four XLR connections are combined in a single board. Multipin modules are prewired with 4-channel system connectors for simple connection to XLR modules. System distributor boards and simple system couplings are available for signal distribution between multipin modules. A range of modules with common XLR and audio multipin connectors is available. Connection of input and output lines is also via system connectors mounted to the 0.22 mm² lines using IDC technology. Prefabricated front panels for D series connectors also enable further signal paths to be added - Any Input to any Output.
